All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. This method of shipping includes a tracking number and will require a signature on delivery.
All orders valued £500 or more are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and we will be in touch to arrange the best day for delivery once your order is ready. This method of shipping includes a tracking number and will require a signature on delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
JUNI accepts international orders.
If you would like to place and order from outside the UK, please get in touch to arrange your purchase. As international orders are processed off the website, you will be guided through each step to ensure a smooth and secure transaction.
When a customer requests an international order, they will receive an initial quote detailing the full cost of their purchase, including shipping, custom duties, and any applicable taxes.
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express using fully insured, tracked service. Delivery will take place on a date agreed with the customer, and the shipment will be insured for the full value of the order. A signature will be required upon delivery.
JUNI uses DHL's Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service for international shipments, which means any applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and paid upfront. This ensures a straightforward delivery process with no additional fees or customs payments upon arrival.

RETURNS
At JUNI, every piece is thoughtfully made to order, with many designs tailored to your specific requirements. This means:

All items, including all rings, earrings, necklaces, and all other bespoke or custom designs, are non-refundable.

Engagement rings, wedding rings, eternity rings, and all other ring designs are subject to their own further policies, which can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation or amendments to an order may only be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Complimentary Ring Resizing
We offer complimentary resizing service for all ring orders, valid for on resizing only. We recommend that you use our Size Guide to ensure you order as close to the correct size as possible, or reach out to us at info@junijewellery.co.uk if you need assistance in determining your size. For any additional resizes beyond the first, a fee may apply.
