
TERMS & CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY NOTICE
1. Introduction
Before placing an order with JUNI Jewellery, please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. This document outlines the terms under which we sell and supply our jewellery items. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & Cancellations

All JUNI Jewellery items are made to order. Orders may only be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of the order being made. After this period, cancellations cannot be accepted.

If you receive an item with a fault, you may return it in accordance with our Returns Policy (see below).

We reserve the right to cancel your order if necessary. If this occurs, you will be notified by email, and a refund will be issued within 7 working days.
3. Payments

Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure server, ensuring your details are safely processed.

Payments are made through WixStores, PayPal, or Clearpay. JUNI Jewellery can access the information you provide via these platforms. Please refer to PayPal’s and Clearpay’s Privacy Policies for further information on how your data is processed and stored.
4. Vouchers & Discount Codes
Vouchers and discount codes cannot be used on the following items:

5. Ring-Specific Terms & Conditions
5.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all rings on the JUNI website and bespoke/custom orders, including all engagement, wedding, eternity, signet and any other rings shown on the JUNI website:
On payment of your order you will agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Given all JUNI rings are made to order and bespoke they are non-refundable.

We offer a manufacturer warranty on all our rings (see below). This covers the first 90 days for resizing the ring, repairs, and professional cleaning.

All rings that include Lab Grown Diamonds or Moissanites over a carat weight of 0.25ct come with their own Certificate of Authenticity by either the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the International Gemological Institute (IGI) or the Laboratory of Charles & Colvard.

JUNI as a company does not provide insurance for damage, theft or loss of any Engagement, Eternity, Wedding or Bespoke/Custom Rings. Please do consider making sure you take this out under its own insurance or house insurance if you do purchase a JUNI Engagement, Wedding or Eternity Ring. Insurance to cover the accidental loss, theft, or even the loss of a centre stone, can be purchased through a 3rd party.
5.2 Manufacturer Warranty:
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. However we offer a manufacturer warranty on all our rings. This covers the first 90 days for resizing the ring, most repairs and professional cleaning.
In these circumstances, the ring must be sent back in its original packaging and by a Tracked Courier such as Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Delivery and insured up to the value of your item. JUNI cannot be held responsible for loss or damage which occurs during transit.
Our manufacturing warranty includes:

All repairs and resizing within 90 days of purchase.

Correcting any manufacturing defects.

Professional cleaning.
Our manufacturing warranty does not include:

The discolouration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.

Damage due to wear such as worn or bent prongs or the resulting loss of gemstones.

Theft or loss of the ring.
6. Returns Policy
At JUNI, every piece is thoughtfully made to order, with many designs tailored to your specific requirements. This means:

All items, including earrings, necklaces, and all other bespoke or custom designs, are non-refundable after 24 hours of the order being placed.

Cancellation or amendments to an order may only be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

These terms apply to online orders only.

Custom orders placed offline are subject to their own terms and conditions, which will be provided individually at the time of the order.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@junijewellery.co.uk with a description of the issue and any supporting photos. All items returned as faulty will be assessed upon receipt to determine the nature of the fault.

If the item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing or material issue, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement within the first 30 days of receipt.

Repairs or replacements after 30 days: for faults discovered after 30 days but within 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement. If repair or replacement isn't possible, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
You must return your order in the original packaging and condition, and unworn. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying your own return postage. Please ensure you use a registered or recorded delivery method when returning your item(s). We are not responsible for loss or damage which occurs during transit.
Inspection and Assessment:
Please note that we thoroughly inspect all items returned as faulty. If the fault is due to manufacturing, we will proceed with a refund, repair or replacement as described above. If, however, the item has been damaged by misuse, accidental harm or improper care, we reserve the right to deny the return.
Exclusions for Customer-Induced Damage:
Our returns policy does not cover damage caused by customer actions. Examples of such damage include, but are not limited to:

Accidental drops or impacts that cause breakage.

Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or harsh cleaning agents.

Damage from rough handling or improper storage.
If your item has signs of such damage, it will not qualify as a fault under this policy. To maintain the quality and longevity of your item, please follow our care guides
