Before confirming your order with JUNI please read the below Terms and Conditions. This document tells you the terms and conditions in which we sell and supply goods to you. 

 

Cancellation Policy

After an order has been placed, due to all JUNI items being "made to order" items, it may not be cancelled or changed after 3 working days of the payment being made. However, you may return your order once it has been received - subject to our returns policy of each item. 

 

We have the right to cancel your order if there is insufficient stock of what you ordered. If this occurs we will email you and issue a refund of the amount deducted by us. This will be received within 7 working days. 

 

Vouchers/Discount Codes

Please note vouchers & discount codes cannot be used on any sale item, wedding bands, engagement rings, eternity rings or bespoke orders.

Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment.

When paying for products on our website, we use the WixStores Paypal or Clearpay for all transactions. Therefore we can access the details you share with Paypal or Clearpay when making a purchase on our website. Whenever we collect or process your personal data, we will only keep it for as long as is necessary.

 

We do not share personal data with any third parties, bodies or organisations.
