PAYMENT PLANS
At JUNI, I understand that commissioning bespoke jewellery is a meaningful investment, and I want to make the process as accessible and comfortable as possible. To support this, I offer flexible payment plans across all bespoke pieces.
ELIGIBILITY
Please note that payment plans are only available on orders over £2,000.00.
All payments must be made via bank transfer.
HOW PAYMENT PLANS WORK
To begin a bespoke commission, a minimum of 50% deposit is required. This secures your order, allows me to begin sourcing any stones or materials needed, and reserves time in my schedule.
Once your deposit has been received, the remainder of your balance can be arranged in a way that works best for you. I am happy to discuss a tailored payment schedule on a case-by-case basis, depending on your timeline and the nature of your piece.
Please note that all payment plans are agreed individually and may affect the overall completion timescale of your design.
PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS
To offer clarity, I currently offer the following payment structures:
Option 1:
A 50% deposit, followed by the remaining payment of 50% four weeks later;
-
The remaining balance is due in full within four weeks of the initial deposit,
-
This plan typically extends the completion date by approximately 4 weeks, depending on design complexity and production stage at the time of payment.
⸻
Option 2:
A 50% deposit, followed by a payment of 25% four weeks after, and the final payment of 25% after a further four weeks later;
-
Payments are split into three staged instalments,
-
This plan typically extends the completion date by approximately 6 weeks, due to the staggered payment schedule and production pauses aligned with payments.
TIMESCALES & ORDER COMPLETION
Please note that payment plans can affect the overall completion timeline of your piece. Jewellery will only progress through the final stages of production once all payments have been received in line with the agreed schedule. This ensures that each commission is managed fairly and sustainably alongside the bespoke making process.
Your payment plan dates and expected completion date will be outlined separately in your individual Terms & Conditions.
BESPOKE PROCESS
Each JUNI piece is made individually, which means timelines and payment structures can be adapted slightly depending on the design, materials, and sourcing requirements. I will always keep you fully informed throughout the process so you feel confident at every stage.
how to choose a payment plan
If you’d like to take advantage of one of JUNI’s payment plans, simply place your order through the website and select ‘Manual Payment’ at checkout. Once your order has been received, I’ll be in touch to discuss the available payment options and arrange the instalment plan that best suits you and to arrange your 50% initial payment through bank transfer.
Alternatively, if you’d prefer to discuss your payment plan before placing your order, you’re very welcome to get in touch. I’m always happy to answer any questions and help you decide which option is right for you before you commit to your bespoke piece.
Whichever option you choose, I’ll guide you through the process and ensure everything is agreed before work begins on your jewellery.
Payment Plan Agreement
Before your bespoke commission begins, you’ll receive a personalised payment plan agreement outlining your chosen instalment schedule, payment due dates, and the Terms and Conditions relating to your order.
You’ll have the opportunity to read through the agreement in full before making your initial 50% deposit. Work on your jewellery will only commence once the agreement has been accepted and the deposit has been received.
This ensures that both you and JUNI have a clear understanding of the agreed payment schedule, expected completion timescale, and the terms of your bespoke commission from the outset.
QUESTIONS
If you have any questions about payment plans or would like to discuss which option might be best for you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch via email to info@junijewellery.co.uk, I’m always happy to help guide you through the process.
