Due to the nature of each design being made to order, each wedding and eternity ring can take up to 6 weeks to be made and then dispatched. For special requests please contact us. We will try our best to accommodate.
All rings are sent by Insured Tracked Delivery and will require a signature. Once the ring is ready we will contact you to arrange delivery.

As each of our designs are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality and stand behind our craftsmanship. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
We offer complimentary resizing service for all ring orders, valid for one resizing only. We recommend that you use our Size Guide to ensure you order as close to the correct size as possible, or reach out to us at info@junijewellery.co.uk if you need assistance in determining your size. For any additional resizes beyond the first, a fee may apply.

Our contour wedding bands are designed to complement and sit beautifully alongside your engagement ring. As every ring is unique, we tailor the contouring to ensure the perfect fit.
Once your order is placed, we will reach out to request photos of your engagement ring. This allows us to assess the degree of contouring needed and create a band that flows seamlessly with your ring.
