Shipping & Returns
Due to the nature of each product being handmade we aim to have all orders processed within 4-6 working days. However we may experience high volume of orders around holiday times and therefore shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please note, some of our gold designs require 12 working days processing time - please check each items individual Shipping & Returns information.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or the following holiday/bank holiday dates:
Monday 2nd January - New Year’s Day
Friday 15th April - Good Friday
Monday 18th April - Easter Monday
Friday 3rd June - Friday 10th June - Shop Closed
Monday 29th August - Summer bank holiday
In addition to the above Bank Holiday dates orders are not dispatched during the period:
Saturday 17th December 2022 to Monday 2nd January 2023.
Please note that current delivery delays mean that your order may take slightly longer to be delivered.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return an item please notify us by emailing us at email@example.com prior to posting your item back to us.
You may return it within 14 days of receipt of your order in the original packaging and condition, undamaged and unworn.
Please use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods as it reduces the chances of packages being lost or incurring further damage in transit.
Items that can not be returned:
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings.*
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale item.
We do not accept exchanges for different size/chain length for any of our SALE rings or SALE necklaces.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
*If your earrings are faulty, we will send a replacement on return and inspection of the faulty item.
All claims on a fault must be done within 24hrs of receipt. No refund will be issued for products ordered in error by the customer or if goods are incorrectly stored or handled by the customer.
We advise that you use a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for a return which is not safely delivered.
