Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Due to the nature of each product being handmade we aim to have all orders processed within 4-6 working days before dispatch (this does not include delivery times which are below) - please check each items individual Shipping & Returns information.

 

At checkout please select either:

For UK Orders:

- Royal Mail 1st Class (Signed For) (1-3 Days)

- Royal Mail 2nd Class (Signed For) (3-5 Days)

All Engagement Rings, Eternity Rings & Wedding Rings come with free delivery and are shipped using a tracked insured service which will require a signature upon delivery.

 

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

 

Place your order before Friday 8th December 2023 to guarantee delivery before Christmas. Any orders placed after this date will still be processed but may not arrive in time for Christmas.

Please note, no orders will be processed between the following dates:
23rd December 2023 - 2nd January 2024

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item please notify us by emailing us at info@junijewellery.co.uk  prior to posting your item back to us. 

 

You may return it within 14 days of receipt of your order in the original packaging and condition, undamaged and unworn. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom orders, engraved items, wedding rings, eternity rings, engagement rings, sale items, gift cards and ALL earrings cannot be returned/exchanged. 

​

All claims on a fault must be done within 24hours of receipt.

​

You will be responsible for paying your own return postage. Please ensure you use a registered or recorded delivery method when returning your item(s). We are not responsible for loss or damage which occurs during transit.
